A membership that helps individuals better understand and navigate their health over time through genome-based insight.

Project Brief

Longevity Life+ is a genome-based platform that turns genetic data into ongoing, actionable health intelligence. As they prepared for a major campaign launch with Prudential Insurance, they engaged Pursuant for brand refinement, campaign strategy, and digital design and development.

A key challenge was translating complex science into clear, compelling messaging for a 55+ audience. We helped package their innovation into accessible narratives—clearly communicating that Longevity Life+ is a lifetime membership built to inform, prevent, and care, not a one-time test.

Brand Development

We explored multiple brand directions to visualize genomic insight, disease prevention, and lifetime engagement—balancing scientific credibility with clarity and trust. Each concept was grounded in a defined archetype and designed to quickly communicate the unique value proposition.

Given the accelerated timeline and stakeholder decision points required for a full rebrand, the client ultimately chose to retain their existing identity for launch. We elevated that system through refined messaging and design, ensuring the brand still clearly expressed its full value.

Campaign Strategy, Design and Development

The campaign required rapid execution across a complex, multi-partner launch—a key reason Longevity Life+ selected Pursuant as their agency. We scaled our team quickly, collaborating closely to shape a co-launch with Prudential and integrate Joan Lunden as a trusted spokesperson. Our ability to align multiple stakeholders, streamline decision-making, and maintain clarity across strategy, design, and development ensured a cohesive and timely launch.

We designed a conversion-focused landing experience that balanced ecommerce best practices with strict regulatory compliance. This included building a custom Shopify Plus theme, developing middleware to connect with partner APIs, and creating a tailored checkout and onboarding flow—translating complex science into a clear, trustworthy experience that drives engagement and action.
